"We were utilizing Ben to visit houses to determine where we would like to move. Ben was helpful and accommodating even knowing we weren't in a position to move immediately. Ben actually located a buyer for our previous property prior to us listing it and helped us move up our move date.

During the entire process Ben shared his opinions about each location (good and bad) and was honest with his assessment of our selling situation.

"If you're reading this, you still have time to choose someone else.Chronically late. Missed deadlines repeatedly, with no apology.Condescending. High-handed communication that made every exchange unpleasant.No paperwork guidance. Forwarded attachments with zero instructions. I had to ask which sections to complete, one question at a time, every time.No professional value. No advice on credits or negotiation strategy. I researched and decided everything myself.Deflects blame. Forgot to send wire instructions, then tried to pin it on me.Useless as either a listing or buyer's agent. Find another agent."

He showed us any home that we wanted to view and even was super flexible and worked with us on a house that was for sale by owner. He was honest in providing us feedback as we were in the negotiating portion of the sale and helped us get a price we were happy to pay.

Without a doubt we would work with Ben again in the future if we ever decide we need to sell and find a new home. He is great and you won't be disappointed if you choose him to be your realtor."
